The location was UNBEATABLE, satisfactory breakfast and loyal staff. Apart from that, tha pae gate was 5 minutes' drive away.
The bed was a bit hard here.

Amazing base for exploring Chiang Mai. In general, the hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly! The venue was in a quiet street. And it's relatively close to downtown. It had nice swimming pool too.
